ENCOURAGEMENT AWARD
Gippsland Athletics Encouragement Award is awarded to an athlete that is Under 18 years of age who demonstrates good sportsmanship, shows respect to officials, competitors and supporters, and competes to the best of their ability at all times. The 2007/08 Encouragement Award went to Ellica Evans who demonstrated all of these attributes.
